Rainbow Run FAQ

Friday, September 26, 5pm-7pm

How does it work?

  • Purchase a ticket per participant (includes custom t-shirt)
  • Wear your Blythe Park 2025 Rainbow Run t-shirt. (Shirts will be distributed to the oldest child prior to the run. Non-Blythe participants will receive theirs at the run.)
  • Check in and DJ entertainment starts at 5:00 pm. The Run begins at 5:30 pm. Participants will run laps around Blythe Park, past stations where they will be sprayed with colors (nontoxic powder and water).
  • While the dye will usually wash out, we recommend not wearing any clothes you don’t want to potentially get stained. 
  • By the end of the run, everyone will be wearing their own original masterpiece! 

Things to know:

  • This is open to the entire community and is not limited to Blythe Park students and their families, so invite your friends and neighbors to register! 
  • This is not a timed event. Run or walk – just have fun!
  • Adults and children can participate, but younger children should remain supervised.
  • Only registered participants will be allowed on the Rainbow Run course. 
  • Pizza & drinks will be available to purchase (cash only). 
  • Enjoy DJ entertainment and a dance party!

Registration – $25 per person *nonrefundable

  • Register by September 11.
  • The entry fee includes the 2025 Rainbow Run shirt and a popsicle.
  • All profits go the Blythe Park PTA – this is our biggest fundraiser of the year!
  • We are ALWAYS looking for volunteers – it takes a team effort to put this event together! We have volunteer opportunities before, during, and after the event. Volunteer sign up coming soon.
