Scholastic Book Fair begins November 18th – Volunteers needed in multiple days!
The Scholastic Book Fair brings a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books to Blythe Park for every reading level.
Up to 50% of all purchases benefit Blythe Park School!
Students will have the opportunity to browse the Book Fair during their school day this Thursday.
Scholastic Book Fair Schedule–
Wednesday, Nov. 17th: 3:00 – 4:00 PM – Set up
Thursday, Nov. 18th:
7:30-8:30 AM – Staff Preview Breakfast, Book Scavenger Hunt and Classroom Books, School Supplies and Wish Lists to be completed. Volunteers will read teaser Book Talks of age/grade appropriate books to classes prior to visiting the book fair
4:00 – 8:00 PM – The book fair is open during Parent/Teacher conferences
Friday, Nov. 19th:
Classes will be taken to the book fair to view the books. They may also purchase them if they bring money.
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Kids can visit the book fair after school to make purchases.
Monday, Nov. 22nd: 11:00am-8:00pm – During Parent/Teacher conferences

VOLUNTEER help is still needed –
To volunteer you must have your vaccination card on file with Mrs Marchuck in the main office.
To make this year’s Book Fair a success, we are looking for volunteers to help out on November 18th, 19th and 22nd for the following:
- Set-up
- Wish List Helpers – Help students (Early Learners thru 2nd Grade) fill out book wish lists on November 21st.
- Book Fair Workers – Volunteers will assist with book sales.
- Clean-up
