5th Grade Parents –
Mark your calendars for 5th Grade Games Night on Friday, April 3rd from 5:45-8:30pm at Hauser Junior High

5th Grade Games Night is a great opportunity for your 5th-grade student (almost 6th grader) to experience Hauser and help ease the transition to junior high. It’s also a fun way for the kids to meet their future classmates.

The students are grouped into teams with kids from all the D96 elementary schools. They will travel around Hauser with their team and play games in different areas (library, gym, cafeteria, etc).

We need some parent volunteers to make this event a success. Please click on the following SignUp Genius button to volunteer:

Thank you to all who participated in the Box Tops Contest! The Box Tops collected at school and the school’s collection box at Riverside Foods earned $180.90 for Blythe Park!

*REMINDERIt’s important to identify your name/grade and, for Early Learners and Kindergarten, identify AM/PM in order to get full credit for your class in the contests. There were 147 Box Tops submitted with no name and we were not able to distinguish between the AM/PM classes for Early Learners and Kindergarten so, for purposes of the contest, the totals were split between the AM/PM sections.

Winner of the pizza party is 4th Grade!! – The 4th Grade class submitted a total of 363 Box Tops!

Runner Up is AM/PM Kindergarten!! – Together, the AM and PM Kindergarten classes submitted a total of 382 Box Tops! Way to go Kindergarten! For their outstanding efforts, both AM and PM Kindergarten classes will be awarded fruit snacks.

Additional Results –

  • 3rd Grade – 155 Box Tops
  • 2nd Grade – 137 Box Tops
